i.What reaches us

Your emails. When you write to us we see your email address and the contents of your message. Nothing more than you choose to tell us.

Routine server records. The company that hosts this website keeps ordinary technical records of visits: IP address, the type of browser and device, which page was opened and when. Every website host does this; it is how pages are delivered and attacks are spotted.

ii.What we leave alone

This website has no sign-up, no checkout and no comment box. It sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Its fonts and scripts come from our own domain, so visiting does not call out to third-party trackers.

iii.What we do with it

• Answer the message you sent, and keep the thread so we remember what was said.
• Keep the website running, safe and free of abuse.
• Comply with the law where it applies to us.

iv.Who else sees it

Our website host and our email provider handle this information for us, only as far as needed to provide their service. We never sell personal information and never pass it on for advertising. If the law compels us to disclose something, we will.

v.How long it stays

Emails are kept while your question is open and for a reasonable period afterwards as a business record. Server records are held by our host for a short, fixed time before they are removed.

vi.What you can ask of us

You are welcome to ask for a copy of what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Where you live may give you additional privacy rights, and we will honor them. One email is all it takes.

vii.Our shops

This page concerns this website only. When you buy from one of the online shops we run, that shop's own privacy policy applies to your order, account and payment.

viii.Younger visitors

This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
